Current intelligent computing centers show three major trends: high computing density, high energy consumption density, and rapid construction speed. The surge in GPU power drives single-rack power beyond 30 kW, while national policies mandate that by 2026, data center PUE must fall below 1.25. The industry faces severe challenges including high-density cooling bottlenecks, imbalanced power distribution, and energy costs exceeding 70% of operating expenses. Leveraging years of expertise in network energy, INVT has developed a full-stack “Power Distribution + Intelligent Thermal Control + Micro-Module” solution. Through high-efficiency UPS systems, multi-split natural cooling with fluorine pumps, and cold-plate liquid cooling technologies, we build an air-liquid hybrid elastic thermal control architecture. This solution has been successfully applied in benchmark projects for leading internet companies’ AI computing centers, achieving large-scale deployment in GPU clusters and edge inference scenarios, helping clients achieve fast delivery and ultra-low PUE simultaneously.
