Features

Compatibility with various types of pumping units
Integrates dedicated control functions for different types of pumping units, including tower pumping units, beam pumping units (power jacks), and direct-drive progressive cavity pumps.
01
Energy saving and efficiency improvement
Real-time reduction of reactive power according to load changes, saving more than 20% of energy compared to the previous generation. Independent upward and downward speed settings enable more pumping cycles within the same time. Automatic operational adjustments via monitoring data ensure precise equipment control and enhanced production efficiency.
01
Reduced maintenance costs
Supports mine monitoring functions, adding features such as oil balance rate detection and dynamic liquid level detection. It provides real-time monitoring of the well status, enabling early identification of potential equipment issues to facilitate proactive maintenance scheduling. This prevents production downtime while simultaneously reducing repair costs.
03
Automated extraction and equipment safety assurance
The system supports sleep/wake-up mode activation via external signals or timer settings, enabling low-power swinging actions at the optimal balance position, reducing the risk of safety incidents caused by abnormal equipment startup.
