Low-voltage Oil-to-Electric Retrofit

Diesel engines are replaced by direct-drive motors, eliminating hydraulic couplings to maximize transmission efficiency. Two original diesel engines are retained as backup. GD800 engineering VFD supports master-slave control and power balance for even load distribution.

Beam Pumping Unit

Beam pumping unit, commonly known as “nodding donkey”, is the main lifting equipment in rod pumping systems. It converts motor rotation into reciprocating motion of the sucker rod via four-bar linkage to drive the downhole pump.

Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) is a rodless pumping device. The multi-stage centrifugal pump and motor are submerged below the well fluid level. The motor drives the pump to lift well fluid to the surface. It is mainly used in medium-to-high production low-viscosity oil wells.

Tower Pumping Unit

Tower pumping unit, also known as long-stroke pumping unit. It uses vertical tower structure instead of traditional beam, and wire rope & drum instead of four-bar linkage. It realizes direct vertical lifting and lowering of sucker rod, avoiding shortcomings such as short stroke, low efficiency and heavy weight.

Direct-Drive Progressing Cavity Pump

Direct-drive progressing cavity pump is a surface-driven system without gearbox or belt drive. The low-speed high-torque motor is directly connected to the polished rod. The VFD controls motor speed to directly drive the downhole pump. It is mainly used for heavy oil, high gas, sand and wax content wells.

Low-Voltage Hot Redundant VFD

Hot redundant frequency converter consists of one main control converter and two low-voltage converters of the same specification.In case of a fault in the active converter, the system can automatically and seamlessly switch to the standby converter within milliseconds, ensuring uninterrupted and continuous operation of critical loads such as compressors, pumps and fans.
