The Cross Cutter is commonly used in corrugated cardboard production to transversely cut the cardboard. Its basic principle is flying shear, but for corrugated cardboard applications, certain dedicated functions need to be integrated. Additionally, depending on the line width and speed requirements of different cardboard production lines, dual-motor synchronous drive may be used.

Slitter Scorer
The slitter scorer is used for longitudinal slitting or scoring of corrugated cardboard in production. Each blade and scoring wheel requires servo control, so a single slitter scorer often needs more than 30 servo axes. Moreover, a typical cardboard production line is usually equipped with two slitter scorers, i.e., "two slitter scorers and one Cross Cutter."
Flexo Printer
A Flexo Printer is commonly used for surface printing of corrugated cardboard. Its main structure includes the feeding section, printing section, and slotting/die-cutting section. Based on the CMYK printing principle, the printing section consists of several color groups, typically 2 to 4 colors.
Front-edge Feeder
The Front-edge Feeder is not used independently but is often configured as a functional unit in other equipment such as Flexo Printeres and laminators. Its basic principle relies on the simultaneous start and sequential stop of feed rollers to achieve precise paper delivery.
Gluing & Stitching Machine
After corrugated cardboard is printed and slotted, it goes through gluing or stitching processes to form corrugated boxes for market distribution. The Gluing & Stitching Machine integrates both the gluing and stitching functions into one piece of equipment.
Stretch Blow Molding Machine
A blow molding machine is used for forming plastic bottles from materials such as PET. Preforms enter the equipment, are heated and softened, placed into molds, and then formed into the desired bottle shape through high-pressure air blowing.
Blow-Fill-Cap (BFC) Machine
The Blow-Fill-Cap (BFC) Machine combines the three main processes of blow molding, filling, and capping in the beverage packaging field. Preforms enter the equipment and, after blow molding, filling, and capping, exit as finished containers. Its high integration reduces intermediate storage and handling, improves space utilization, and minimizes the risk of contamination during transfer.
Window Patching Machine
A window patching machine is used to attach a transparent film onto small packaging boxes to display the contents, commonly used in food, electronics, and other product packaging.
