Belt Conveyor
INVT Belt Conveyor Solution integrates low-frequency heavy-duty motor starting, long-cable drive, CAN-based multi-machine power balancing and fast master-slave switching.
INVT Belt Conveyor Solution integrates low-frequency heavy-duty motor starting, long-cable drive, CAN-based multi-machine power balancing and fast master-slave switching.
Heavy-duty start/stop: Failure to start under low-frequency heavy load leads to reduced system productivity.
Long-distance transmission: Insulation damage to cables and motors.
Multi-machine imbalance: Degraded system load capacity.
Master-slave switching: Fast master-slave or single-machine switching upon single-unit failure without production interruption.
The four Medium-voltage permanent magnet direct-drive integrated VFD units for the belt conveyor are set as the master unit (#1) and slave units (#2, #3, #4) respectively. High-speed bus communication is adopted between the master and slaves, which can automatically adjust their outputs to achieve dynamic power balance.
Wide grid design of ±15%, adapting to the harsh grid environment of the mine.
Low-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor with open-loop vector control.
200% heavy-duty starting of the motor at low frequency.
Flexible belt connection with CAN master-slave communication.
200% torque overcomes coal gangue jamming, zero slippage during heavy-duty start-stop, and greatly reduces stall shutdowns.
Three-level design supports long-cable applications, eliminating motor terminal overvoltage and harmonic risks that reduce motor service life.
CAN master-slave dynamic torque distribution, four-machine power deviation ≤ 3%, balanced belt tension, and significantly reduced belt breakage risks.
Wide voltage range design solves the problems of large voltage fluctuations in coal mines and frequent equipment failures, shutdowns and production halts.
