Beaming Machine

A beaming machine consists of a creel and a headstock. It requires a tension control device to automatically maintain constant and uniform let-off tension for warp yarns from each beam, while the winding mechanism of the headstock winds the warp yarns at a constant speed. INVT provides an HMI + AX70 + GD600 control solution based on the on-site process requirements of the beaming machine.

Industry Challenges

01

Significant fluctuations in let-off tension for warp yarns from each beam lead to uneven tension after beaming, affecting weaving quality.

02

Low operational speed limits production efficiency, making it difficult to meet order delivery deadlines.

03

Substantial energy waste during let-off results in high system energy consumption and electricity cost pressure.

04

High tension shock during start and stop can easily cause yarn breakage, increasing material loss.
