Background
INVT EC160A is an advanced elevator integrated controller that combines drive, control, and network communication technologies into a single system. In this case, the EC160A was installed in a residential building in Peru with a single machine-room elevator. The building has nine floors, with a rated speed of 1 m/s and a capacity of 630 kg.
