INVT and DAT Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Open a New Chapter of Deeper Collaboration

On March 13, during DAT's 20th Anniversary, INVT Chairman Huang Shenli, International Marketing BG President Wang Jian, and PV&ESS BG President Zong Pei met with DAT Chairman Mr. Tieu Van Dat and Vice President Mr. Anh, joined by other senior representatives from both sides, to sign a future-oriented Strategic Cooperation Agreement.

According to the Declaration, the two companies have established a long-term strategic partnership and upgrade collaboration, integrating technical expertise and market resources to drive market expansion, innovative solutions, industry leadership, and sustainable energy. A 2026 Framework Agreement, representing US$20 million in collaboration, was also signed to jointly explore Vietnam and neighboring markets.

Huang Shenli stated that DAT is not only a key strategic partner of INVT, but also a fellow traveler shaping the industry's future. This signing represents a continuation of mutual trust, and both sides will work more closely to seize key opportunities in Vietnam’s solar energy industry.

Mr. Tieu Van Dat noted that INVT boasts profound technological expertise in inverters and drives, and has been a trusted partner for two decades. This signing will further deepen the technology and industrial integration between the two parties.

Wang Jian emphasized that this strategic industrial automation cooperation marks the transition from product-based collaboration to full strategic synergy. INVT will integrate its world-leading automation technologies and extensive industry experience into the Vietnamese market, expand application scenarios around core industries and empower local manufacturers with reliable, high-performance solutions to drive the intelligent upgrade of the regional manufacturing sector.

Zong Pei stressed that this strategic upgrade marks a new phase in the partnership. INVT will increase investment in Vietnam, enhance local technical support and service capabilities, and provide DAT and Vietnamese customers with more competitive integrated PV&ESS solutions. The two sides will move forward together toward a bright future in the PV and energy storage industry.
