Yes, it can use, but power between drive and motor cannot vary too much(1 to 2 power segnment would be ok).

There are two PC software which are Servoplorer and INVT workshop, and they are support all series of AC servo drive including DA180, DA200 and DA300.

The standard DA300 -N drive doesn't support STO function, but we can make non-standard one if customer needs it.

Some of them can support. DA180 can only support motors with absolute encoder, but cannot use with motors with incremental encoder.

What's the difference between photoelectric encoder and magnetic encoder?

Photoelectric encoder: high accuracy but cannot used in the environment with high temperature, vibration or oil contamination; magnetic encoder: accuracy is relatively low but can adapt to the rugged environment with high temperature, vibration or oil contamination.
