The standard DA300 -N drive doesn't support STO function, but we can make non-standard one if customer needs it.
Yes, it supports.
Some of them can support. DA180 can only support motors with absolute encoder, but cannot use with motors with incremental encoder.
Not support, it will damage the hardware of servo drive.
Photoelectric encoder: high accuracy but cannot used in the environment with high temperature, vibration or oil contamination; magnetic encoder: accuracy is relatively low but can adapt to the rugged environment with high temperature, vibration or oil contamination.
The reason as follows:
Check R0.30, if R0.30=1, it's probably caused by low bus voltage, please check the input power;
if R0.30=3, probably inverter part of the drive damaged;
if R0.30=4, it means the drive has been forced to stop by digital input.
When install VT Designer, we should do:
1, try to close the anti-virus software, and restart the PC;
2, try to install VT Designer via administritor permission.
Check the download interface to see whether some parameters are saved. Probably it keeps the previous communication settings so it cannot communicate.
Check the developer password in the new program which might be modified.
