Q
How do I start the EV charger point?
2022-08-25
A

The charger can be started through RFID card, mobile app and internet.

Q
Which communication does the charger support?
2022-08-25
A

Support the Ethernet, WIFI, 4G/5G, OCPP 1.6,  with IP54 class.

Q
What's the difference between DC charger and AC charger?
2022-08-25
A

DC charger power input is AC, output is DC, commonly known as "fast charging", Normally DC charger only need 0.5-2 hours.   AC charger output is AC power, output connect to on-board charger of EV, so the charing speed is lower than DC charger, AC charger need 4-8hours.

Q
What's the DC EV charger interface?
2022-08-25
A

AC charger interface adopt CE standard: IEC 62196-3, support CCS2 and CHAdeMO interface  as the photo,include power cable and control cables.

Q
How to check the software version of the keypad:
2022-08-25
A

1. Hold DOWN and Shift key and power on for a few seconds to enter the KEYPAD FUNCTION MENU, including: Hardware test, Flash data program, Language select, Keypad sw ver, Converter Type Sel.
2, Hardware test: can test whether the button failure and backlight
3, Language selection: you can switch display language
4. Software version: displays the current software version
5, Converter Type Sel.: can select the converter type which the keypad used for

Q
How to check the encoder or PG card is fine or not?
2022-08-25
A

You can have a test run the system in open loop:
1, P00.00=1  (open loop vector)
2, P20.07=4  (Enable the encoder pulse counting function)
3, Monitor P17.18   (encoder pulse: Hz)
4, And compare P17.18 with running frequency (Press "shift" 6 times, it will show running frequency)

If P17.18 is not the same as running frequency, it means the PG card, or encoder itself has problem.  Please try to exchange them to locate the problem.

Q
What are the encoder faults and how to solve them?
2022-08-25
A

Encoder faults include: ENC1O,ENC1D,ENC1Z,ENC1U
ENC1O: Encoder disconnection fault, wrong encoder type and pulse number settings, or incorrect wiring. Solution: Set the parameters according to the encoder nameplate, and connect the wires correctly in combination with the GD300L encoder line sequence;
ENC1D: Encoder AB reverse fault, GD300L detects the AB phase signal is opposite, solution: change the AB phase direction setting parameter P20.02, or change the AB phase encoder wiring;
ENC1Z: Encoder Z pulse disconnection fault, GD300L does not detect Z pulse signal, solution: check Z pulse wiring;
ENC1U: Encoder U-phase disconnection fault, GD300L does not detect UVW signal, solution: check UVW signal line, remove the interference source;

Q
How to solve the dEu fault?
2022-08-25
A

Cause analysis:
dEu is a speed deviation fault. When the speed deviation exceeds the set value of P11.13 and the maintenance time exceeds the set value of P11.14, GD300L will trip at dEu and stop running.

Solutions:
1. Check whether the brake is opened
2. Check whether the motor is bocked, and whether the auto-tune of synchronous motor is accurate
3. Check whether the load is too heavy
4. Increase acceleration speed or increase detection time P11.14
5. If dEu happened during open loop control, set P11.14 to disable this function.
6. Inaccurate magnetic pole angle will also cause dEu fault, re-perform motor autotune.
