Project Background：

With the progress of life, a large number of renewable resources continue to produce, use, in order to deal with Taicang City, Shuangfeng Township around the urban and rural areas of domestic waste, Taicang City, a waste incineration limited company needs a large number of drive and load facilities, the proposed construction of two phases of waste incineration project, 1 phase of the capacity of 3 * 750 tons / day, a total of 2,250 tons / day. According to the electric power part of the plan, part of the power after incineration is used for the plant's equipment operation, and the other is used for off-grid sales. This project not only treats domestic waste, but also generates jobs and contributes to local development.

Customer Requirements:

1) Due to the limitations of the room size of the equipment unit, the room size of the VFD needs to be as small as possible.
2) The VFD needs to provide cooling fan power supply and joint control logic for the motor set.
3) The VFD needs to have a low-voltage traversal function certified by an authoritative meter. When the input line voltage is lower than the rated 85% or 65%, the VFD will not stop within 5s.
4) The VFD also needs to have a fast and stable unit bypass scheme to ensure the continuous operation of the equipment.

INVT Solution:

According to multiple customer loads, independent VFDs are adopted, and the PLC realizes feedback and control of each node through modbus RTU communication.
