According to the “2025 Jiangsu Advanced Smart Factory List” released by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Suzhou INVT Power Electronics Co., Ltd. was successfully selected for its “Industrial Automation Product Smart Factory Based on Flexible Production” project. This honor marks a significant breakthrough in intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation, reflecting Jiangsu Province’s strategic achievements in promoting high-end, intelligent, and green manufacturing.

Data Interconnection Across Flexible Production Lines

The smart factory project focuses on flexible production, featuring semi-automated production lines, fully automated flexible switching lines, and fully automated SMT lines. By introducing multiple high-end intelligent devices, the factory achieves 100% equipment networking, ensuring real-time production data collection and full-process visibility from the source.

System-Integrated Smart Factory

In system integration, Suzhou INVT has independently developed a fully integrated architecture covering key applications such as OA, ERP, PDM, MES, SRM, TMS, and DMS. Using standard interfaces such as webservice and socket as data bridges, secondary development further optimizes system call efficiency, significantly improving collaboration and response speed in production management.

As a core driver of digital transformation in manufacturing, smart factories have become essential for enhancing competitiveness and achieving sustainable development. To support this process, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has initiated a tiered smart factory cultivation program, creating a four-level system: Basic—Advanced—Excellent—Leading. The selection of Jiangsu Advanced Smart Factories focuses on highly intelligent enterprises with strong demonstration effects, aiming to lead the entire province’s manufacturing transformation.
