INVT Celebrates Topping-Out of Yangtze River Delta Headquarters Phase III in Suzhou

On October 25, INVT celebrated the structural topping-out of its Yangtze River Delta Headquarters Phase III project in Suzhou High-Tech Zone. With the final concrete poured on the top floor, the project marks a major milestone in its construction and lays a solid foundation for INVT’s continued high-quality growth across the Yangtze River Delta region.

Government leaders, including Wu Qi (Deputy Secretary of the CPC Working Committee of Suzhou High-Tech Zone and Head of Huqiu District), Li Zhijun (Member of the CPC Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee), Yang Liang (Deputy Director and Secretary of the CPC Working Committee of the Science and Technology City), and Ye Qizhong (Deputy Secretary and Director of the Administrative Committee of the Science and Technology City), attended the ceremony to witness this important moment.

Speeches Inspire the Next Chapter

As guests arrived and the ceremony began, INVT President Tian Huachen gave a speech, expressing sincere appreciation to government authorities, partners, and construction teams for their long-term support. He emphasized that Phase III represents a key component of INVT’s strategic layout and a critical step in advancing the company’s intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

Moving forward, INVT will pursue the goal of “early commissioning and early results,” ensuring safe, efficient progress in interior works, equipment installation, and system commissioning. The company aims to build a world-class high-end equipment manufacturing base that serves as a hub for the Yangtze River Delta region and drives nationwide smart manufacturing development through synergy among Phases I, II, and III.
Zhang Shujun, General Manager of the China Construction Second Engineering Bureau, stated that after over 400 days of intensive construction, the project had achieved its topping-out milestone. He highlighted that the collaboration between China Construction and INVT has created a benchmark smart manufacturing project, further strengthening strategic cooperation and contributing new momentum to Suzhou’s industrial upgrading and regional development.

Li Zhijun, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Suzhou New District, said the third-phase construction of Inovance’s Yangtze River Delta headquarters is progressing steadily, boosting industrial upgrade in the district. He expressed hope that the project will further advance the intelligent manufacturing cluster and help build a key growth driver for new quality productive forces, fostering future development through innovation and manufacturing excellence.

Joint Effort Toward Completion

Amid warm applause, guests and representatives moved to the construction site to jointly pour the final batch of concrete, marking the completion of the main structure phase of the project. The successful topping-out symbolizes the transition into the next stage of construction, paving the way for equipment installation, testing, and future production readiness.

Smart Manufacturing Hub Driving Regional Growth

Located in Suzhou High-Tech Zone’s Science and Technology City, INVT’s Yangtze River Delta Headquarters Phase III is a strategic core project designed to accelerate the company’s integrated R&D and intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

The INVT Yangtze River Delta Headquarters — Suzhou INVT Power Electronics Co., Ltd. — has been recognized as a “Jiangsu Province Advanced Smart Factory,” “Suzhou 3A Green Factory,” and “Suzhou Outstanding Smart Manufacturing Service Provider.” The overall park covers 181 mu of land, with a total construction area of 319,000 m² and an investment of RMB 2 billion, developed in three phases. Phases I and II are already operational, integrating manufacturing, R&D, and business expansion functions, laying a strong foundation for Phase III.

Phase III will focus on the industrialization of R&D achievements in industrial control and power electronics, enhancing synergy and collaboration across the supply chain. Upon completion, the facility is expected to achieve an annual output exceeding 10 million units of industrial automation products and equipment, significantly expanding INVT’s production capacity and economic scale.
