INVT GD5000 series VFDs are adopted as the main drive with vector control, featuring stable operation and low failure rate, helping enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency.
The equipment is difficult to operate and maintain, with short maintenance cycles and high costs.
Large starting current impacts the power grid, and grid voltage fluctuations easily lead to unstable equipment operation.
The production line faces high operational risks, and unplanned shutdowns result in significant production losses.
INVT takes the GD5000 medium‑voltage VFD as its core product. The main body of the VFD consists of a dry phase‑shift rectifier isolation transformer cabinet, a power unit cabinet, and a control cabinet. It is suitable for turbine fan applications in the paper industry, featuring energy saving, soft starting, multiple protection functions, and remote control capability. The complete set supply reduces construction and commissioning costs, ensuring stable and efficient production.
The equipment features a compact footprint, simple installation and powerful software performance. Complete sets of on-site medium-voltage cabinets are supplied; customers only need to connect the input/output power cables and control cables, greatly reducing on-site construction workload and improving commissioning efficiency.
The VFD can output 150% rated torque at 0.5Hz in open-loop vector control with a 100ms torque response, fully meeting on-site performance requirements.
The VFD can monitor the operating status of each power unit online, including DC bus voltage, temperature, etc., and provide timely fault prediction.
The comprehensive energy saving rate can reach 20%–30%, with remarkable energy-saving advantages, effectively reducing production energy costs.
Energy is saved by adjusting motor speed, reducing wear on main and auxiliary components, extending service life, and lowering maintenance costs.
The VFD realizes soft motor starting, with starting current not exceeding 1.2 times the rated current, no impact on the power grid, smooth operation, low loss and low temperature rise.
It is equipped with multiple protection functions including overcurrent, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss and over-temperature protection, ensuring safe motor operation.
Supports remote parameter setting via computer, featuring simple operation and convenient running, realizing intelligent regulation and control.
The system can operate normally when grid voltage fluctuates within the range of -10% to +10%, demonstrating strong adaptability.
