Solution: Check the VFD's power/current is bigger than the load or not.
Make sure that the grounding is good. And use shielded cables, separate power cables and control cables, or add EMC filters or magnetic rings.
The motor is mainly caused by the formation of over-voltage as long as the speed of the motor is bigger than the inverter's output speed, the motor will produce a power generation effect, charging the inverter. Solution: add braking units and resistors on the inverter.
GD series inverter is used in driving large inertia load, such as centrifuge, sanding machine, fan and so on.
