Abstract: This paper mainly introduced INVT TS600 PLC, Servo, VFD, and HMI solution for friction feeder machine automates the precise and high-speed separation and feeding of individual, flat products like paper, cards, labels, or thin metal sheets from a stack and into a production or packaging line.

Brief introduction
It is a Pune, Maharashtra-based company specializing in the manufacturing of packaging and paper-folding machinery for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, FMCG, and cosmetics. The company provides specialized solutions including leaflet feeders and shrink-wrap tunnels. The friction feeder is an automated machine that uses rollers or belts to separate and dispense flat, stacked products one at a time.
Customer requirement
The customer required adjustable RPM control to optimize feed rates and maintain synchronization with high-demand production lines. A motion controller was also needed to provide precise control over speed, acceleration, and timing for high-throughput automation.
