Abstract:

When user press start button then servo rotate as per set length with a rpm set in HMI, As soon as servo complete the operation then shear/cutter motor start rotating to cut the pulled wire and stop in home sensor, After that bed/table motor starts rotating to link the metal wire and stop at sensor becomes high, after that twister motor rotated and stop as the sensor input is high after that un winder motor starts and stop as un winder sensor is high. This process is continuing till the number of cycle that is pre set in HMI. All on delay and off delay timers are set in HMI.
