It is suggested to replace the electrolytic capacitor after using it for 30,000-40,000 hours.
When using inverter, because IGBT is in high speed switch, the output current has higher harmonic. There is inductance between cable to ground and cable, so leakage current will be generated.
Q: E007 insulation impedance is low / E010 leakage current is too large: the inverter will monitor the insulation between positive and negative electrodes of the series during the power on self-test and after grid connection, and such fault alarm will appear in case of abnormal monitoring;
A: Possible causes:
1. The DC cable is scratched and damaged during construction, resulting in poor insulation to the ground;
2. The component joints are lack of protection, the joints are exposed to the outside, and the joints placed in the trunking are soaked in water; the connectors are not firmly inserted and ablated;
3. DC SPD failure;
4. Abnormal photovoltaic module;
5. Poor grounding of photovoltaic system (modules and supports);
Solutions:
1. The inverter is connected to the inverter one by one. If the series can not be connected to the grid normally after startup, it indicates that there is a problem. You can also directly use a digital multimeter to measure the voltage between the positive and negative poles to the ground;
2, For the component joints exposed to the outside and placed in the trunking soaked in water, check all the joints and make sure they are placed at the back of the module or where water can't reach.
The MVD with rated current exceeding 72A is equipped with buffer resistance to reduce the impulse current at the moment of closing.
The phase-shifting transformer and the power unit can achieve the isolation of multi-pulse rectifier technology, so that the harmonics generated by rectification cancel each other, so that the harmonics can be controlled within 2%.
Recommanded use float switch sensor,don't support analog sensor.
(1) Measure whether the fan power supply voltage is normal. If the fan power supply is abnormal, repair the fan power supply first;
(2) After confirming that the power supply of the fan is normal, if the fan does not rotate or runs slowly, the fan has failed and needs to be replaced.
This is probably the most common fault in the inverter. First of all, we need to eliminate the fault caused by parameter problems.
For example, current limitation and too short acceleration time may lead to over-current. Then we must judge whether there is something wrong with the current detection circuit, such as Hall sensor, hall cable fault. Whether the output side of inverter is short circuited.
Ordinary motor can realize speed regulation by GD20UL and INVT other series VFD, but it is not recommended to use it under low frequency (30Hz) for a long time to avoid temperature rise.
