With its non-standard customization capabilities and efficient services, INVT provided precise cooling solutions for the old data centers in Mexico. It successfully solved the special voltage problem and optimized the cooling architecture, helping the customers enhance the stability and operational efficiency of the data centers.
1. Project Background
The old air conditioner in the data center has been running more than 10 years. Its cooling capacity has significantly decreased and the risk of failure is extremely high. The project retains the original server cabinets. The core requirement is to replace the precision air conditioner that is compatible with the on-site voltage, in order to solve the heat dissipation problem in the computer room.
2. Customers Requirments
The voltage system is special. Project one is three-phase 220 Vac, and project two is 460 Vac. Both require non-standard customization.
Previously, we consulted several air conditioning manufacturers, but they all refused to cooperate due to non-standard requirements. As a result, the customer was stuck in a dilemma of choosing the right model.
There is a high demand for the speed of service response, and it is necessary to ensure the smooth progress of the renovation project.
3. Customized Solutions
Project 1: Three-phase 220 Vac room-level constant temperature and humidity precision air conditioning solution
After calculating the load of 20 cabinets, one 110 KW dual-system constant temperature and humidity room-level precision air conditioner was configured. A three-phase 220 Vac voltage system was customized and the installation and commissioning have been completed.
Product advantages:
Equipped with Copeland scroll compressors and V/A type evaporator to enhance heat exchange efficiency
Equipped with INVT independent controller and VFD, with a modular control circuit design and a pull-out style for easy maintenance
10-inch color touch screen, supporting real-time monitoring of input power, 3-level password protection to ensure operational safety

Project 2: In-row precision air conditioning + cold aisle renovation plan
Reconfigure the layout of the data center room, converting five rows of cabinets into two double-row cold channels and one single-row cold channel. Replace the old gForce series air conditioners with efficient precision air conditioning units from INVT.
Configuration plan:
Each of Cold Channel 1 and 2 is equipped with 4 50 KW precision air conditioners (3+1 redundant for Rotational Operation design), and Cold Channel 3 is equipped with 3 60 KW precision air conditioners (2+1 redundant for Rotational Operation design). Installation is pending.
Product advantages:
Inverter scroll compressor, Can dynamically adjust the cooling output in the range of 20%~100%
Backward inclined EC fan is highly efficient and low-noise, according to the real-time heat load changes to adjust the speed output
Electronic expansion valve responds quickly and precisely regulates refrigerant flow
Liquid sight glass can visually and effectively check the status of refrigerant in the pipeline of air conditioner system
Check valve prevent damage caused by refrigerant migration to the compressor during Shutdown

4. Customer Benefits
Addressing non-standard pain points: Overcoming special voltage limitations, providing exclusive customized solutions, and filling the market gap.
Improving cooling efficiency: Row air conditioners + cold aisle architecture for precise temperature control, significantly enhancing cooling efficiency compared to old room air conditioners.
Ensuring stable operation: Rotational Operation and redundant configuration to reduce equipment failure risks and extend the continuous operation time of the data center.
Optimizing operating costs: Efficient energy-saving components and intelligent speed regulation design to reduce energy consumption and lower long-term maintenance costs.
