The single row enclosed aisle micro data center physically isolates cold and hot airflows, reducing PUE and significantly improving energy efficiency. Project introduction
A government project requirement from Ipoh State, Malaysia for a single row modular data center to provide information storage services for the newly built office building where it is located. Difficulty, solution and advantages
1. Difficulty: It’s the first time for the client to install the VCR025, and it’s serious part of the government project, how can the customer successfully complete the installation?
Solution: INVT repeatedly confirmed the customer's requirements, after a deep discussion, INVT decide to send two engineer to Malaysia, hand by hand to guide the client to finish the installation. During the installation, INVT team kindly share some attention points of the installation to the client’s engineer team, and teach them how to complete a data center installation. The professional performance of the INVT team has earned the trust of the client team as well as the recognition of the end users for the products.
Summary
INVT adopted a more collaborative approach to address the issues encountered during customer installation, successfully implementing the iWit single-row data center product in the Malaysian state government, providing stable information system support for the local government's administrative work.
