How to deal with the high temperature of the power unit / transformer in the HMI display?

Whether the heat dissipation fan at the top of the cabinet is reversed, whether it is faulty, whether the inlet filter mesh is blocked, whether the ambient temperature is too high, regularly clean the inlet filter mesh of the unit cabinet and transformer cabinet, and keep the environment clean on-site. 2 The temperature sensor is faulty, check whether the circuit is broken or short-circuited, and whether the sensor is damaged.

Er25-c Error on DA200A Drive When Issuing Stop Command

The DA200A driver operates normally during startup. However, an Er25-c error occurs when the stop command is issued.

A: P0.76 is set to 0 to disable it. This is the case for all other models, including DA200A-E/C/N. The short circuit detection reporting mechanism has been optimized. Short circuit detection is now performed once per power-on or soft reset instead of every time the detection is enabled. The 1.05 version software has been optimized.

How should parameter P02.17 be set on VFD?

Parameter P02.17 is the number of pole pairs in the motor parameters. You first need to check the motor information to determine the number of magnetic poles on the motor rotor. However, the number of magnetic poles is not the same as the number of pole pairs. The number of pole pairs represents how many pairs of "N-S" poles there are. Therefore, the number of pole pairs equals the number of magnetic poles divided by 2.

Example: If the number of magnetic poles is 10, then the number of pole pairs is 5.

Connecting External Power to Drive Output (U/V/W) in Standby?

If power is supplied to the drive to put it in standby mode, and then an external power source is connected to its output terminals (U/V/W), what will happen?

A: This is a strictly prohibited operation. It will cause a serious fault and will immediately damage the drive. The most direct consequence is the burnout of the inverter module (IGBT) inside the drive and its driver circuit. Therefore, it is forbidden to connect any commercial power source (or any voltage source) directly to the U/V/W output terminals of the drive.

The frequency converter reports an ItE current detection fault

The GD20 frequency converter reports an ItE fault. The customer measured the diode voltage drop of the main circuit and the inverter circuit using a multimeter, and found that it was normal. The IGBT power module was intact and there was no breakdown or short circuit problem. After powering the frequency converter alone, the device immediately triggered the ItE current detection fault alarm. After replacing the brand-new control board, the ItE fault was eliminated, and the three-phase output of the frequency converter was restored and operating normally. When encountering an ItE fault, the following steps can be followed for investigation and repair:

1. Check the connection status of the wiring between the control board and the driver board, and re-plug to confirm the reliability of the contact

2. Confirm that the phase sequence of the Hall cables U/V/W is completely matched with the phase sequence on the driver side; check that the Hall pins are not offset and are securely plugged; if there are no abnormalities, directly replace the Hall sensor for testing

3. Disconnect the power line of the motor on the frequency converter side, and power on the frequency converter alone. If no more faults are reported, it is determined to be a problem on the motor/lower load side

4. Replace the intact driver board for verification

5. Replace the intact control board for verification

How to handle "Low Water Level" on INVT AC air conditioning unit?

 Troubleshooting steps:

1. Loose wiring of the low water level switch. Check the low water level switch wiring – one end should be connected to the main control board port J26‑DI6, and the other end to the terminal block 24V.

2. Obstruction near the water level switch causing false alarm. Clear the obstruction.

3. Faulty low water level switch. Replace the low water level switch.

4. Clogged or faulty water inlet valve of the wet film humidifier. Clean or replace the wet film humidifier water inlet valve.

How to handle "No cooling output from system" on INVT chilled water air conditioner?

Troubleshooting steps:
1. This alarm occurs when the actual supply‑return air temperature difference of the unit is less than the "supply‑return air temperature difference threshold".

2. At this point, check the actual difference between the supply air temperature and the return air temperature. If the difference is indeed below the threshold, it is a normal alarm. You can check the supply and return water temperatures, then adjust the threshold to clear the alarm.

3. If, after inspection, the supply‑return air temperature difference is confirmed to be greater than the alarm threshold, you need to provide the alarm history and software version number, and contact the manufacturer for further handling.
