We hereby formally notify you that prices of certain industrial automation products will be adjusted.

Over the past year, raw material costs have continued to rise, and foreign exchange rates have experienced significant fluctuations. Although we have made every effort internally to absorb these pressures in order to maintain competitiveness in the market, the cumulative impact on our costs has now reached a level where maintaining current pricing would compromise our ability to meet your expectations regarding service and product quality.

To ensure consistent product quality and reliable supply, we regret that we must implement reasonable price adjustments for certain products.

I. Affected Products and Price Adjustments:

• Low Voltage Variable Frequency Drive (general-purpose, dedicated machine, engineering drive) – full series increase by 3% to 15%;

• Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Drive and High Voltage Variable Frequency Drive – full series increase by 5%;

• Elevator Variable Frequency Drive – full series increase by 5%;

• Servo systems (drives and motors) – full series increase by 3% to 5%.

Note: Brand Customization products are subject to the same price increases as above.

II. Effective Date:

The price adjustment will take effect at 00:00 (Beijing time) on 8 October 2026. The new prices apply to all new orders received after this date. Confirmed orders prior to the effective date remain unaffected.

For valid orders placed before 24:00 (Beijing time) on 7 October 2026 (via ERP system or signed contract), delivery must be completed within 60 days of order confirmation. Orders not delivered within this period will be charged at the new prices. However, if shipment delays are caused by our company, such orders will still be processed at the original price. (For custom-made, MTO (Make-to-Order) and ATO (Assemble-to-Order) products, delivery shall be governed by the lead time agreed in the bilateral contract, and the above-mentioned pickup rules shall not apply.)

We have kept the adjustment ranges to the minimum necessary, balancing the need to minimize impact on your local market sales with our commitment to continuous and reliable supply, while ensuring ongoing investment in product quality and after-sales service.
