August 28, 2026 – INVT Electric Technology (Xi'an) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shenzhen INVT Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "INVT"), officially held its inauguration ceremony in the High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. This milestone marks the official execution of a key step in INVT’s national strategic layout. Using Xi'an as a strategic anchor, INVT will deeply integrate into the modern industrial system of Western China. Leveraging the region's prominent strengths in science, education, talent, and geographic location, the company aims to build a research, development, and industrial service network covering Northwest China and connecting to the "Belt and Road" region.

Deepening National Layout, Anchoring Strategic Hubs

As a strategic western portal for national opening-up and a source of hard-tech innovation, Xi'an is accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system. Its hundred-billion-yuan industrial clusters, such as electronic information and new energy vehicles, continue to expand, while pillar industries including semiconductors and aerospace are rapidly advancing toward world-class clusters. These developments align highly with INVT’s technological expertise in Industrial Automation, Network Power, PV & ESS, and E-Mobility.

INVT will establish a regional R&D center and a new industry incubation fund to deeply lay out around Xi'an's advantageous tracks, such as smart manufacturing and next-generation power electronics technology, building a full-chain operational system from R&D to market.

Mr. Enfan Zhang, Deputy Director of the Investment Promotion Center of the Xi'an High-Tech Zone Administrative Committee, conducted an on-site service visit and held a discussion with the team. He stated that the settlement of INVT’s Xi'an subsidiary serves as full recognition of Xi'an's business environment and industrial ecosystem. He expressed hopes that the enterprise will take root in Xi'an, delve deeply into the western region, and contribute greater strength to regional high-end manufacturing and energy transformation.

In his speech, Mr. Qiang Liu, General Manager of INVT's Domestic Marketing & Sales BG, stated: "The establishment of the Xi'an subsidiary is a key step in INVT’s national strategic layout. We will deeply integrate into Xi'an's modern industrial system through tangible industrial investments, bringing advanced technology, high-quality products, and outstanding teams to Xi'an. We will resonate and grow together with the city's industrial upgrading, enabling more 'Xi'an Smart Manufacturing' to go from here to the national market and even markets along the 'Belt and Road'."
