The safety laboratory covers an area of 170m2, and its management system meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 International Standard. In the laboratory, the professional system engineers are responsible for the operation of the laboratory system with high quality, high standard, and high efficiency. In combination with customer requirements and field application conditions, the laboratory performs the product safety design, review, test, and and certification with high standard, escorting the safety of products.
With the personnel capability, environment and site, and equipment and instruments, the EMC laboratory can complete the design, review, test, and certification of industrial automation, new energy, network energy, and rail transit products.
The safety laboratory owns a number of experienced technical experts, some of whom have participated in the drafting of GB 12668.501 standard, and some have obtained the FSP (Functional Safety Professional) certificate (certificate no.: TP17010819) issued by TÜV SÜD. In addition, the laboratory owns a number of utility model patents and invention patents relating to safety testing tooling and product safety solutions.
The safety laboratory has successively obtained the CNAS laboratory accreditation certificate issued by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, and become the first ACT accreditation (data accreditation) laboratory authorized by TÜV SÜD in the domestic industrial control industry and the WTDP (Witnessed Test Data Procedure) test laboratory authorized by UL. The laboratory has established cooperation and exchange mechanisms with Germany TUV, America UL, America ITS, Harbin Institute of Technology, Southeast University, and multiple authoritative institutions and universities.
The safety laboratory has spent many years researching in the area of functional safety, which is familiar with IEC/EN 61508, IEC/EN62061, IEC/EN 61800-5-2, ISO 13849, ISO 2626, and other functional safety standards. The laboratory has led the functional safety design, review, and certification of GD20 series VFDs, and EC300 and EC1620 series elevator controllers, and has been awarded the SIL 3 functional safety certification certificate issued by TÜV SÜD.
