The output waveform of the inverter is not a sine wave, but a PWM pulse wave. The output reactor can reduce the output harmonic, reduce the instantaneous high voltage generated when the IGBT works, and reduce the adverse effect on the insulation of the motor. The output reactor also can reduce the capacitance effect of the long cable at the output end of the inverter, avoid overcurrent of the inverter and increase the transmission distance. It is recommended that the output cable length exceeds 50m, select the suitable output reactor refer to operation manual.

The inverter can be divided into single-phase 220V and three-phase 380V(or 400V, 460V), and the input phase loss only exists in three-phase products. The main circuit of inverter, R, S and T are three-phase AC input. When one of the phases is disconnected due to the fault of fuse or circuit breaker, phase-loss failure occurs. Please check the power input cable is normal or not.

It's better not to exceed the third levels for the big drive control small motor. The main reason is that the self-learning of motor parameters is not accurate, and VF will be better. But our VF is vectorized, which is also related to the motor parameters. So please use VF control, try to get rid of the influence of vector control, please start from the following directions:
(1) The rated parameters of the motor are set correctly
(2) Set the slip compensation factor P04.09=0
(3) Adjust the low speed and high-speed oscillation suppression factor properly, generally to set it bigger (fine-tune), to see the effect
(4) Carrier frequency can be increased, such as 2K ~ 4K

Why is the function of GD20's S terminal invalid?

There are below possible reasons, please check one by one.
1. There is no short circuit jumper between + 24 V and PW on the terminals;
2. The + 24 V power supply on the terminal is abnormal, please test;
3. If only one digital terminal is invalid, that means the circuit corresponding to that terminal is damaged, other terminals can be used for test;
4. The terminal polarity is set incorrectly;
5. The function parameters of the corresponding terminals of VFD are set improperly, please check the parameters.

The possible causes of this failure are:
1. The keypad is damaged or the keypad cable is not connected properly, so the keypad and keypad cable can be replaced and powered on again;

In the operation of the motor, the running current exceeds the rated value but is less than the over-current limit value, and the operation time is longer, which is called overload.

The basic characteristics of overload are: Although the current exceeds the rated value, the excess amplitude is not large, and generally does not form a large impact current (otherwise, it will become an over-current fault). Another significant feature of overload is that there is a time accumulation process. When the accumulation time reaches, the overload fault is reported.

Solution: Check the VFD's power/current is bigger than the load or not.
