On November 4, according to Xinhua News Agency, Sinopec and QatarEnergy signed a cooperation agreement that QatarEnergy will supply 3 million tons of LNG (liquefied natural gas) to Sinopec every year, and will build two new LNG production lines with a capacity of 16 million tons per year. This cooperation can not only provide stable LNG supply for Chinese enterprises, but also to some extent expand the demand for LNG production equipment such as refrigeration compressor units and expanders in the Qatar market.
