Q: A004 AC overvoltage: after the inverter is connected to the grid or the power generation peak period, the grid voltage exceeds the safety voltage range, causing A004 overvoltage alarm

A: Possible causes:
1. The voltage from the transformer at the connection point is on the high side;
2. There are many photovoltaic power generation equipment on the line, but the line load can not absorb so much energy, and the grid voltage is gradually raised;
3. The cable used from the inverter to the parallel point is longer (L), the wire diameter is smaller (s), and the line resistance is large (r = ρ L / s). When the voltage of the grid point reaches the output of the inverter, the voltage increases △ u = I * r = I * ρ L / s;
4. Several photovoltaic power generation equipment are connected to the same line;

Solutions:
1. Rreducing the output voltage range of the transformer;
2. Reasonably selecting the line diameter and planning the routing path, and connecting the grid nearby to minimize the impact of line loss;
3. If there are more than one inverter equipped near the grid connection point, they can be incorporated into different power supply lines;

Yes, but solar power is unstable, may not keep runs 50Hz all the time, so if your speed requirment is lower is acceptable.

2.When weak light or cloudy is normal.

When using inverter, because IGBT is in high speed switch, the output current has higher harmonic. There is inductance between cable to ground and cable, so leakage current will be generated.

Q: E007 insulation impedance is low / E010 leakage current is too large: the inverter will monitor the insulation between positive and negative electrodes of the series during the power on self-test and after grid connection, and such fault alarm will appear in case of abnormal monitoring;

A: Possible causes:
1. The DC cable is scratched and damaged during construction, resulting in poor insulation to the ground;
2. The component joints are lack of protection, the joints are exposed to the outside, and the joints placed in the trunking are soaked in water; the connectors are not firmly inserted and ablated;
3. DC SPD failure;
4. Abnormal photovoltaic module;
5. Poor grounding of photovoltaic system (modules and supports);

Solutions:
1. The inverter is connected to the inverter one by one. If the series can not be connected to the grid normally after startup, it indicates that there is a problem. You can also directly use a digital multimeter to measure the voltage between the positive and negative poles  to the ground;
2, For the component joints exposed to the outside and placed in the trunking soaked in water, check all the joints and make sure they are placed at the back of the module or where water can't reach.
