Connect the blocking signal to the S2~S5 digital input terminals, set the corresponding blocking signal function in P05.02~P05.05, and at the same time, it can be set as a normally open or normally closed signal.

In the motor parameter setting interface, switch the motor type to synchronous motor, then input the motor parameters according to the motor nameplate, and then perform the motor parameter autotunning. Usually this setting is sufficient. If the motor does not run well after starting, you need to fine-tune the control parameters according to the manual.

How to solve it?

Please check whether the signal of the pressure transmitter is wired incorrectly or damaged, and whether the temperature sensor PT100 is wired incorrectly or damaged. After the fault is removed, GD300-01A will automatically reset, display the standby state, and then ready to run.

First of all, ensure that the wiring is correct. HMI and GD300-01A are connected through RS485 interface, please refer to the wiring diagram for correct wiring;
Secondly, check whether the Modbus communication parameters (P14.00~P14.02) of GD300-01A have been modified, usually use the default value.
Finally, you can also enter the HMI setting interface to confirm whether the COM port settings are correct.

In the maintenance parameter interface, you can set the maintenance time of each component. When the use time reaches the set maintenance time, the main interface will prompt maintenance information.

GD300-01A has built-in air compressor control logic. According to the set loading and unloading pressure, the output relay will control the solenoid valve. The 220VAC or 110VAC power supply required by the solenoid valve is also built-in, so no external connection is required.

The overload capacity of the GD300-01A main motor is 150% for 1 minute and 120% can run continuously.

The HMI power supply voltage is 24V. GD300-01A has a built-in 24V 1A power supply for HMI, and does not require an external switching power supply. Save user costs.

Both asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors are supported.
